El Gobierno de Cantabria a través de la Sociedad Regional de Cultura y Deporte, dependiente de la Vicepresidencia, sera el patrocinador del maillot de la Regularidad de la I Vuelta Hispania Sub23. The Government of Cantabria through the Regional Society of Culture and Sport, dependent on the Vice Presidency, will be the sponsor of the Regularity jersey of the I Vuelta Hispania Sub23.
